Disability issues cannot be implemented by one institution. If the plight of persons with disability is to be addressed effectively all sectors must mainstream disability in their programmes. These were the sentiments shared by the Deputy Minister of Disability Affairs Alexia Manombe-Ncube during a two-day training workshop.
