The Former Commander of the People’s Liberation Army of Namibia (PLAN) Matias Ndakolo, well known as Mbulunganga, has been accorded a State funeral. Some quarters of society hold different views on the status conferred to the liberation icon with a feeling that the declaration should have been a Heroes burial for a hero as oppose to State funeral, which in their view, does not weight as such. To clarify the matter Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Communication Techonology (MICT) Mbeuta Ua-Ndjarakana spoke to NBC News.
