President Hage Geingob has urged the Namibian Police’s (NamPol) top management to replace members who have retired and those approaching that age. During a meeting with NamPol management this week, Geingob said these police officers need to go rest and called upon the force to absorb the youth. A sizeable number of members in the force are approaching the retirement age of 60 years.
