Oshikuku Police in the Omusati Region have arrested a 31-year-old Angolan national for allegedly killing her five-month-old baby girl. It is alleged that the suspect held her baby on one leg and hit her head three times on a concrete bench inside the homestead before later throwing her over the homestead’s boundary wall.
