President Hage Geingob has accorded the late Robben Island Prisoner and former Deputy Minister, Petrus Iilonga a state funeral. Iilonga died on Tuesday after a long illness, aged 71. NBC News spoke to the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology Mbeuta Ua-Ndjarakana about the funeral arrangements.
