With Grade 12 results out on Thursday, matriculants will be desperate to secure space for themselves at institutions of higher learning. Students be warned though… bogus and fly-by night institutions are lurking in the shadows, seeking to milk parents’ hard-earned money. One such questionable school that the NBC came across is called Impact Training Institute, School of Medical Health and Support Services – owned by a foreign national. The school has already sent out admission letters to potential students, calling for payment of an N$800 registration fee, before 24 December.
