Namibia has made it again this year at the 24th Conference of Parties (COP24) in Poland for being the first developing country to be well on track on the level of national emissions and the efforts made to reduce such emissions. Environment and Tourism Minister Pohamba Shifeta made the remark during the briefing of the Outcome of the 24th Conference of parties to the United Nations Framework convention on Climate Change in Windhoek.
