The Central North Regional Electricity Distribution company (CENORED) has announced a change in its billing system for both conventional and postpaid customers, effective from 1 January 2019. CENORED spokesperson Charlie Matengu says accounts, previously payable by the 7th of the next month, will now be payable by the 15th of the billing month.
