A 29-year-old male patient at the Windhoek Psychiatric Hospital stabbed and killed another patient. The victim is a 30-year-old male. According to the Acting Head of Nampol’s Public Relation Division, Hofni Hamufungu, the body of the victim was found Friday morning by a nurse. Commission Hamufungu said the victim died after he was stabbed with a pen in the neck. The cause of the incident is unclear at the moment.
