The construction of a seven-kilometers access road to the Omagalanga Combined School and a clinic as well as a kindergarten in the Omusati Region came to a standstill due to non-payments to the contractors. The feeder road will be a relief to residents, as many are cut-off from accessing schools and clinics due to floods.
