The Ministry of Health and Social Services has assured the nation it will put in place all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of patients at the State Psychiatric Hospital. This assurance follows the death of a 29-year-old male patient, at the hands of a fellow patient at the Windhoek Psychiatric Hospital last week.
