President Hage Geingob convened a meeting with his predecessors at State House as part of annual consultations of the Presidential Advisory Council. The advisory council, established last year – seeks to tap in on the experiences and knowledge of Founding President Sam Nujoma and Former President Hifikepunye Pohamba – in the development of the country. The three hour closed-door meeting discussed the state of the nation address, which highlighted achievements to date as well as challenges that still need to be tackled.
