The NBC tried to speak to Dr Elijah Ngurare to explain why he wants to return to the SPYL office now and what informed his decision. Dr Ngurare declined the offer and said the letter he sent Saturday morning is meant for members of the Swapo Party Youth League and the acting secretary of the league.
