Construction of a multi-million dollar hostel for school-going San children – at the Omega 3 village of the Zambezi Region’s Kongola Constituency – was recently stopped due to non-payment of the contractor, by government. The hostel will be the first of its kind in the area for San children, The children currently walk up to 10 kilometres to attend the nearest school.
