The Kunene Regional Council has been allocated N$30 million to roll out the Communal Land Development Programme. Land Reform Minister, Utoni Nujoma, made the remarks at Opuwo where he was seeking inputs from the regional leadership and traditional authorities on how to successfully roll-out the programme.
