As media freedom in Namibia remains a source of local pride, President Hage Geingob says this freedom is guaranteed for as long as he is in office. Launching a revised code of media ethics Geingob said in a time when the use of media has become a necessity, Namibia should take pride in its ranking as the freest press in Africa.
