The Programme for Communal Land Development in the Zambezi Region came to a halt due to misinformation among community members. The Minister of Land Reform, Uutoni Nujoma, who met with the Mafwe Traditional Authority warned that the project has a limited time-frame and if not resumed, can be shifted to benefit other regions in the country.
