The Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) together with truck owners have expressed their dismay at the response issued by the Zambian government regarding trucks that are impounded in that country. Both parties are now planning to seek an audience with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, who doubles as the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation.
