Government should see improved revenue collection following passing of the Namibia Revenue Agency bill by the National Assembly. The agency replaces the Department of Inland Revenue and the Directorate of Customs and Excise, which are the largest divisions in the Finance Ministry, making up 79% of the ministry’s staff.
