Talks between Namibia and Nigeria to set up an oil storage and a fuel refinery in Namibia are at an advanced stage. The joint oil refinery is to enhance co-operation in the energy field, as was revealed by Nigeria’s new High Commissioner to Namibia, Lilian Onoh.
