South Africa is willing to engage the Namibian Government to resolve the plight of former South West African Territorial Forces and Koevoet soldiers. The country’s High Commissioner Yvette Myakayaka-Manzini says they are willing to engage in bilateral negotiations since the plight of the former soldiers is a ‘highly-sensitive’ matter.
