Property prices in the country, especially residential, are predicted to drop in the long run. Electricity and transport prices however continue to be a concern to the Namibia Consumer Protection Group. A consumer price index report released by the Namibia Statistics Agency for August leaves inflation rate unchanged at 5,4%.
