Information, Communication and Technology Minister has urged Namibians from all walks of life to adhere to their legal obligations of paying their TV licences. Tjekero Tweya says that failure to do so could result in a situation where access to information in the form of news, current affairs and programmes on both radio and television will be negatively affected.
