The national broadcaster’s Umbi Karuihe-Upi has been one of the first people to be inducted into the Southern African Broadcasting Association Hall of Fame for her consistent dedication and commitment to the media development in southern Africa. This is in recognition for the work she has done in publishing research in gender and media in southern Africa.
