A number of resolutions were taken at the first joint annual meeting for local authority leaders in Africa at Swakopmund. The Association of Local Authorities in Namibia (ALAN) organised the meeting to deliberate on the best ways to improve the councils’ operations and service delivery. The meeting further resolved to adopt the 2017/18 and 2018/22 AMICAALL Namibia strategic plan.
