The Minister of Education, Arts and Culture, Katrina Hanse-Himarwa says afternoon classes are not conducive for effective learning and teaching outcomes. The Minister raised the concern during the inauguration of a block of classrooms at the Auas Primary School, donated by Japan, in Windhoek, today.
