The second phase of construction, of the National Youth Services’ training centre at Rietfontein, in the Otjozondjupa Region, has officially been launched. Sports, Youth and National Services minister Jerry Ekandjo, on behalf of Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila, officiated at the event.
