A mushroom production training course is underway at UNAM to encourage people to produce and consume more mushrooms. The organisers hope that the production and eating of mushrooms will take off in a big way. The the training is conducted by the Zero Emission Research Initiative (ZERI) and sponsored by the The New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) and Southern Africa Network for Biosciences.
