Founding President, Sam Nujoma has inaugurated the St Raphael Health Recovery Clinic at Walvis Bay. The founder of the clinic, Gabriela Teleman started with one ambulance in 2003 and owns seven ambulances today. In his address, Nujoma applauded Teleman for addressing the challenges the health sector is facing in the country.
