Three residents each from Khomasdal, Otjomuise, Sewende Laan and Agste Laan residential areas were identified as the beneficiaries of this project. The Chairperson of the National Council and Councillor of the Khomasdal Constituency, Margaret Mensah-Williams said that while beneficiaries will not be expected to repay the grants, they should transfer their skills to at least three other individuals, as well as take care of their equipment.
