ZANU PF Executive Committee has started with a special caucus in Harare to deliberate on the future on President Robert Mugabe. The closed door meeting is looking at formulating possible impeachment charges against the embattled president. ZANU PF’S Deputy Legal Secretary, Paul Mangwana told NBC News that the charges should be ready to be tabled in parliament by Wednesday. Matuke pointed to Mugabe’s advanced age and fitness to govern as well as his family involvement in insulting some senior party members, among others, as some of the reasons for impeachment.
