An Iranian company, Tractor Industrial Group will put up tractor assembling plant near Brakwater in Windhoek. An agreement in this regard was signed with the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry. In May, an Iranian business delegation hosted by Omusati governor, Erginus Endjala, visited Namibia to explore investment opportunities and expressed interest to set up a tractor assembly plant.
