The Bukalo Village Council in the Zambezi Region says the absence of a Chief Executive Officer has delayed the implementation of various projects. However, the the council’s chairperson was quick to point out that despite these challenges, a number of projects were implemented. The Bukalo Village Council re-elected the current office bearers with Charles Siyauya remaining chairperson, deputised by Candy Namataa.
