The City of Windhoek will work on the conversion of electricity meters to prepaid meters for pensioners. This is to do away with the huge electricity bills of pensioners which they are not able to pay. The Mayor of City of Windhoek, Muesee Kazapua, revealed this new plan during the Mayors Senior Citizens early Christmas lunch held in Windhoek on Friday.
