The Shack Dwellers Federation of Namibia has been applauded for its continued quest in providing affordable houses and sanitation to ultra-low and low income earners. Urban and Rural Development Deputy Minister, Sylvia Makgone heaped praises on the federation during the handing over ceremony of 20 houses built for its members at Otavi.
