About 8 769 plots have been serviced in the last two years since the inception of the Harambee Prosperity Plan (HPP) in 2015. John Steytler, Presidential Advisor on Economic Matters, said a huge portion of a minimum of 2 414 plots emanated from the ongoing Mass Urban Land Servicing Plan.
