Players in the energy sector completed the review of the final Renewable Energy Draft Policy on Wednesday. The draft will have to be adopted and approved by Cabinet before implementation. Fast tracking the Renewable Energy Policy has become more urgent than before as the Harambee Prosperity Plan kicks in.
