Defence Minister Penda Ya Ndakolo officially commissioned a School of Artillery at the Peter Nanyemba Military base at Oluno in the Oshana region on Friday. The school will produce soldiers who will be responsible for the main fire power of Namibia’s defence force through a professional and scientific approach.
