Stakeholders on road safety say reduction of accidents will take more than change of attitude but reinforcement of the law. It has become a norm that whenever road accidents claim a number of lives at once, the Minister of Works and Transport summons stakeholders to the boardroom for a diagnosis and attempts to find a possible solution.
