The Police at Oshikango in the Ohangwena Region are investigating the whereabouts of a sedan vehicle that was stolen at a church in the town’s Katwitwi location. Police Inspector Slogan Matheus says the vehicle was stolen after its owner parked it outside and was attending church service two-days ago. Inspector Matheus says the stolen vehicle is a white 2009 Toyota Corolla. Still at Oshikango, four armed men allegedly robbed a bar lady at gunpoint after requesting her to re-open the bar so that they can buy some alcohol. Two of the suspects were arrested, while the others are still at large with the cell phone and money. In the Oshana region, police have opened an inquest docket after a security guard allegedly shot and killed herself with a shotgun while on duty. The incident took place two-days ago at Shikalepo Pub in Onethindi village. Inspector Matheus says the deceased was 35-year-old Elizabeth Elias. At Omungwelume Police Station, the police have opened an inquest docket after a 13-year-old boy was electrocuted at Okahenge village. The deceased, Henock Sallatiel, allegedly climbed onto an Amarula tree and pulled at live electrical wires that ran through nearby poles.
