Bank of Namibia says its Angolan counterpart remains committed to honoring the currency conversion agreement between the two countries. Head of Exchange Control Division at the Bank of Namibia, Bryan Eiseb, confirmed to NBC News that the latest payment of nearly 300 million dollars was received last week.
