Information and Communication Technology Minister Tjekero Tweya says the ICT sector has the potential to create jobs and propel Namibia’s economic growth and development if optimally used. Speaking at the opening of the 3rd ICT National Summit which started in Windhoek on Monday, Tweya called for ICT services to be made available in all corners of Namibia to also improve and ease the livelihood of rural communities.
