The national examinations for grades 10 and 12 will resume on Monday. The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture has also announced that the subjects that were postponed on the 13th and 14th October 2016 due to the teachers’ strike have been rescheduled . Grade 12 National Examinations Mathematics Higher Level Paper 1 and 2 as well as Mathematics Ordinary Level Paper 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be written on 31st of October. Entrepreneurship Ordinary Level will be written on the 1st of November 2016 Grade 10 National Examinations Integrated Performing Arts Paper as well as Needlework and Clothing will be written on 31st of October 2016. Life Science will be written on the 1st of November 2016. The Ministry will send out detailed information to Regional Directors on the times that the subjects will be written. Katrina Hanse-Himarwa called on all teachers who are appointed as invigilators of the National Examinations for Grade 10 and 12 as well as all teachers and other staff members who did not report to their duty stations on the 13th and 14th of October 2016 to now assume duty at their respective duty stations.
