Fugitive Lazarus Shaduka is in Police custody in Namibia. According to Inspector General of the Namibian Police, Sebastian Ndeitunga, police are now busy preparing for his formal arrest. Shaduka was convicted for the killing of his wife but went into hiding in Angola where he has been on the run since December 2012.
