The memorial service of Former Permanent Secretary of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Ulitala Hiveluah is being held at Edundja village in the Oshikango Constituency of the Ohangwena Region. Hiveluah died in a car accident that claimed six lives last week in the road between Okahandja and Otjiwarongo. The memorial service is being attended among others by the Former President Hifikepunye Pohamba and his wife Penehupifo Pohamba, Deputy Prime Minister Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah and other senior Government officials. She will be buried on Saturday at Odibo village in the Ohangwena Region.
