The Keetmanshoop municipal council has decided at its council meeting on Tuesday to enter into a new contract with the Southern Electricity Company (SELCO) to supply electricity to residents for another six months. This is despite the towns community having expressed disappointment at the decision to enter into the contract with SELCO.
