Correctional Officers at the Lucius Sumbwanyambe Mahoto Correctional Service Training College donated a shelter to a resident at Omaruru who had trouble providing shelter for her family. Elizabeth Kheibes is an unemployed mother of two children, and had to deal with serious challenges.
