President Hage Geingob says international institutions such as the International Criminal Court, ICC, need to be fair when carrying out their mandate. Showing a difference of opinion on the ICC during a meeting with the United Kingdom’s Minister for Africa and Middle East, Tobias Ellwood, Dr Geingob noted that as much as the Court’s functions are important, its approach in handling cases of different leaders should be reviewed.
