A woman died instantly when she was hit by a car at Oneshila at Oshakati in Oshana region on Sunday afternoon. The deceased was crossing the road when a Toyota bakkie bumped her closer to her home. In a separate incident, a driver sustained serious injuries when a Toyota sedan he was driving collided head on with another vehicle at Okapya in Oshana region on Saturday. Eyewitnesses said the driver of the bakkie and a passenger sustained minor injuries.
