The Namibian Police Inspector General is calling for the urgent and total re-design of the Chinatown business complex in Windhoek. Ndeitunga told NBC News that the tight-knitted compound has become a nest for crime, due in part to the fact that it has been allowed to double as living quarters for those who do business there.
